Kitten needs help

Any chance someone could check on a tiny kitten sitting on the sidewalk (near the bushes) in front of Cambridge building 1911 Holcomb Blvd, Houston? I’m trying to get there, but I’m an hour away. It was seen at 7:35 am today.
