Kitchen sink replace pro and electrician recommendations

Does anyone have recommendations on either a trusted and fair priced electrician and/or someone who can replace our under mounted kitchen sink?

Located around the energy corridor.

For the electrician we are looking at 2 ceiling fan installs and a couple of new wall outlets.

Our kitchen sink is undermounted to our granite countertop so not sure if we should be looking for a granite installer or a plumber. It’s a double sink changing to a single sink so I think the plumbing will need to change as the disposal would need to go on the other side and one pipe will no longer be needed.
