Kirby Group restaurateurs open tasting menu eatery, cocktail bar in Spring Branch
Degust and Diversión Cocktails, a restaurant and cocktail bar at 7202 Long Point Road, opened Jan. 14.
Degust is headed by Brandon Silva, while Diversión is led by Stephen Salazar, both of The Kirby Group, Salazar said in a statement. Silva and Salazar retain their Kirby Group jobs while running the new concepts.
The two are separate concepts, but share an address and vision, CultureMap reported.
