Kidnapping at HEB Montrose

Just witnessed a girl being kidnapped in the parking lot at HEB Montrose. In broad daylight. It looked like he was stealing her phone, but when I went back to help with a police report, the heb employee told me she had been kidnapped. Authorities had been called an everything. Still in shock!
