Kenswick neighborhood in Humble intel?

I moved in with some family members in Spring TX after living out of state for awhile but they are generally messy people so it’s not working out. I am planning to move out and I am looking in the same area as well as Humble, I’m wondering about the Kenswick/Kenswick Forest area near Bush. I run long distance and I am fond of the greenway where I live in Spring and want to be close to family so that’s honestly why I prefer this area. Is it shittier? Bc it looks the same to me of course you need to live in the area to really have a feel for it. The houses in the Kenswick neighborhood seem to be a mix of old with cheap new builds kind of like Spring. I’ve noticed a lot of the new builds are cheaply priced and attract people who junk them up quickly. In Spring a lot of the older neighborhoods are nicer compared to the brand new builds which are attracting more lower income people into the neighborhoods so i’m wary of anything too new. I plan to rent not buy. If you wanna send me a pm with some neighborhood info that would be great. 🙂
