Kenny Pickett pretty compelling…

Just watched his 2021 highlight tape and every snap he took against Tennessee and Clemson and I'm really impressed. He's emerging as the consensus top QB of this class and now I know why.

I had been completely dismissing the idea of us potentially drafting a QB with our first pick as we have plenty of other needs and the narrative surrounding this QB class was that it sucked, but I now think we should strongly consider Pickett alongside Aidan Hutchinson, Thibodeaux or Stingley. Especially if we get a 2nd first rounder from a Deshaun Watson trade.

He really reminds me of Justin Herbert, but with better accuracy in college lol. Really wouldn't be surprised whatsoever to see the Lions take him ahead of us (if they finish with worse record)
