Kemah just saw someone driving away from what it looked a hit and run

Some kina of hatchback type car was driving with one light, no tire on the driver side front wheel. Sparks flying. The car horn was blasting. I guess it was broken cuz it was continuous.he pulled into my apartments where I live. I don't know if it was a hit and run or he something solo but definitely under the influence. Iono, It was a weird scene on my way for a midnight snack. Hit my dam if you were hit around clear shores area , Lawrence road. ✌️
