Kelsey Seybold patients

Anyone Kelsey Seybold patients here? I received a bill from them recently and I was trying to lower the amount I owe by a little bit but I had no luck. I previously had success with Houston Methodist and other clinics, just wondering if there is a specific way to talk to them to lower the amount or they really don’t adjust the amount at all. Thanks!
