Keep or Let Roby walk 🤔
Now the past week early on we got word that Roby & Texans were parting ways. Of course like majority of fans I was hurt. But when you think about how Roby arguably wasn’t the best CB on the team last year when that’s the MAIN reason we brought him Here. It makes me less worried about losing him, especially when you think about the other possible FAs that could be available. Yeah he’s come out to say he wants to stay & it was “false news” but with Chris Harris Jr, Byron Jones, Possibly AJ Bouye && Xavier Rhodes on the table, would you honestly pass up those options ? Roby will most likely be looking for top CB money. Why do that when we could get someone else just a few mill extra that would be waaay better than him. Plus with JJoe most likely leaving, we’d have another CB vet.
Down below I’ll have their stats compared with each other & tell me what would you do.
Also, we have Conely, lonnie & Hargreaves, Do we honestly need a top CB ? We could easily get someone that’s cheaper & can be a role player & get the future of the 2ndary ready. Idk just thinking
