Keep Mills for 2022 (My Offseason Moves)

So I see Mills growing as a QB, at least a decent backup QB, but my offseason moves wishlist still stands:

  1. At the end of season, fire Culley. Culley got lucky with some wins and the development of Mills but his coaching left more to desire. TK should open up the playbook way earlier, at least he could've learn schemes and at least be a leader when he can find an opening. Most of these coaches should be replaced, I like Pep Hamilton but as a QB coach.

  2. Free agency: Keep those that produced. Build off the success and find new FA, focus on building on the trenches and secondary. Find a QB to compete with Mills.

  3. Draft: Trade down and take BPA. We might get the 3rd overall, find some buyers and get BPA, I like Hamilton and Neal, if we keep Tytus at G, Stingley is a option but BPA always, and trade down whenever it feels like you can get your guy later on.

  4. Develop and mentor the young guys and that's it.
