Katy restaurant-retail development to add more buildings, new Latin restaurant

Katy Grand, a restaurant-filed development in Katy at the intersection of Interstate 10 and the Grand Parkway, is gaining two new buildings, courtesy of NewQuest Properties, which owns the development. 

Houston-based NewQuest Properties, which owns the development, will add an 11,800-square-foot building and a 16,900-square-foot building to the project.
