Katy ISD assesses needs for May bond referendum

Demographics firm Population and Survey Analysts projected Katy ISD’s enrollment to reach 100,000 students by 2027—making KISD the fastest-growing large school district in Texas, according to the district. Now, KISD is looking for funding solutions in the form of an upcoming May bond referendum.
