JV to help build Life Time-anchored mixed-use project near The Woodlands Mall

A new financial partner has agreed to help develop a mixed-use project near The Woodlands Mall, which will be anchored by a Life Time fitness facility.

Florida-based Mill Creek Residential recently announced it has entered into a joint venture with Canada-based real estate investment firm QuadReal Property Group to develop multifamily projects in U.S. markets.
