Justice for Stella

Stella, a Calico cat which was killed and mutilated in Houston's East End neighborhood. It appears to be a repeated ritualistic animal sacrifice occurring on the streets of Second Ward, EaDo Houston. With full moon cycle next week and Halloween comming up keep an eye out for strays and dead animals that look like they were strangled or cut and look like they had unnatural lacerations. Take photographic evidence without touching and report to law enforcement asap for investigation. There is a Sheriff's department at 601 Lockwood Dr and Constable 6 at 5900 Canal Street Houston, TX 77011 (713) 274-3400 in the neighborhood where this is occurring. Please be vigilant in all neighborhoods.
