Just moved to Houston, what should I know?

As I’m writing this I’m on a plane that’s on the way to Houston so I can move there… what should I know? I’m coming from Atlanta so I’m used to a country atmosphere mixed with city. Also I’m 22 so I’m more fast paced than the average person and I love to party. Anything I should know? If it helps I’m moving 4m away from GALLERIA MALL.

Most importantly is it true that the police don’t really care? Are they harsh on petty ass crimes? Do they pull people over for nothing to fish for crimes ?
