I am moving to HTX soon and would like to live in an apt complex close to this dog park. Any recommendations or anyone know what it’s like to live at The Viv or Estates at Memorial Heights?

A Houston PD cop was driving recklessly and almost caused this man into a wreck. The man flipped-off the cop. The cop immediately turned on his emergency lights and pulled the man over for exercising his free-speech rights. The cop then curses out the man while daring him into a roadside squabble.
