Johnathan’s The Rub — Johnny Sauce

Johnathan's Johnny sauce is incredible. Every time I go, I ask for the recipe and they say no or give me cryptic clues. So far, this is what I know:

1. The chef used to work at a Japanese restaurant

2. Mayo base with garlic

3. Some sort of sweet asian chili

If anyone has a refined palate and could push me get to the bottom of this very important investigation, I would appreciate the help.
