Jobs that don’t need years of experience?

I retired from military after three years and I started young so I have to job experience other than retail and food service. I’ve been applying to countless jobs online or going to work source and basically everything wants you to have an degree or 3/4 experience in their fields and if I manage to get an interview with a job that doesn’t need it (Lowe’s for ex) I don’t get a call back even though they say I’m what they’re looking for. Before I joined the service, it was easier to get a job but I guess since the pandemic happened, everything changed.
