Jobs hiring in EADO or Downtown

Anyone know of companies that hire people with criminal records and/or don’t do background checks. Someone I know is trying hard to get on their two feet but can’t even do bike deliveries with Uber or DoorDash bc they won’t pass the background check. They are currently fighting drug charges and possession of false identification.
