Job offered in Houston

Hey guys I have a job offer in Houston, The place is near memorial drive, I’m 21 this will be my first time moving out and living alone, you guys got any suggestions for a safe neighbourhood to live in near by, I do like to go out and party a couple of times a week lol, I’m also planning to buy a car when I get there, I wouldn’t like to drive too far to work.
