JLL marketing 34 Luby’s, Fuddruckers locations for sale

Many of the Luby’s Cafeteria and Fuddruckers restaurants that are still operated by Luby’s Inc. could close later this year. Now, JLL has listed the 34 former or operating Luby’s and Fuddruckers locations it is currently marketing, including 13 properties in the Houston area and 29 total in Texas.
