Jewelry engraving on the west side?

Title, basically. I have a sterling silver pendant I’d like to get engraved for a gift, which I thought would be easy enough. Jewelers I’ve contacted say ‘sure, if you bought it here,’ which I didn’t.

Someone else recommended Things Remembered at Memorial City Mall, but they must’ve closed as no one answers the phone nor could I find the actual store at the mall.

Any help would be appreciated. Looking for a place in Memorial City/Spring Branch area.
