Jeweler and Gemstones Sourcing Recs

So my husband got me this beautiful ring for Christmas off of Etsy, all legit, beautiful stones etc. I wore it everyday for maybe a month (doing nothing special, just chasing a toddler around) and two of the stones fell off and got lost. The Etsy jeweler apologized and said they were sending a replacement stone (before I lost the second) but they're in India and it's been two months and no stone has turned up. Anyway, I love this ring and don't want to spend an arm and a leg repairing it but –

Any recommendations for a local jeweler who can reinforce the settings and replace two missing Alexandrites? TIA
