Jersey sizing

Hello, I’ve been trying to buy a CJ Stroud jersey, but I have no idea what size I should get. Right now I’m a medium in t-shirts, 5’5, 160-170 pounds, I want a size that would nicely fit and I can wear places casually. Thanks!
