Javier… setup guy or 4th starter?

I've been thinking about this alot lately. Assuming LMJ returns to form and he becomes the #3 starter in the playoff rotation, what to do with Christian Javier? Is he more valuable as the #4 starter or to come out of the pen. The #4 starter usually just pitches one game in a playoff series. Would that be a total waste of usage for Javier?

Seeing Montero struggle, Stanek has been shaky, and Neris has been iffy the whole season… is Javier actually the best candidate and more valuable if he played the 8th inning setup role come playoffs?
