James Coney Island Chili Recipe?

I was visiting family in Houston over thanksgiving.

Sadly, my favorite spot since I was a child, James Coney Island, is mostly gone 🙁

Does anyone have a good (and accurate 😀 ) clone recipe of it's chili they can share?
