Jack Easterby Good things/Bad things final scoreboard

Now that He's gone, I'm trying to put up a scoreboard of good things/bad things that He did to the organization so I can be fair to him with proper reason.

Good things:

Warned the organization about oily anus;

Bad things:

Convinced Tommy Boy that Bob would make an excellent GM. Bob then Accumulated power, signed bad contracts, expensive ones, bloating our depth chart with talentless and expensive players. Sending away picks with dumb moves, sending away hall of famers with no picks in return.

Meddled with player's personal lives, involving their families at some point, probably creating an atmosphere that annoyed players and eventually made us lose players like Dhop.

What else?

This is a pivotal point to the team.
