Jack Easterby 2016 speech…seems pretty damn impressive

Easterby right now seems like a mysterious illuminati/puppetmaster type, but he honestly might just be a fucking great dude who would naturally become a leader in any organization he's a part of.

From what I've read, it seems like very little is publicly known about Jack Easterby other than that he's got a very unusual background and is extremely close and well connected with the Patriots brass and other influential NFL people.

His biography is definitely questionable and the title "character development coach" is sketchy, but wanted to hear him talk for myself before making judgements.

Dug up this Jack Easterby speech from 2016 on Youtube and its pretty damn good.

I'm aware that this is likely a scripted motivational speech he gives all the time and it definitely supports the argument that he's been able to move up based on interpersonal skills instead of NFL/Football knowledge, but at the same time he's pretty fucking spot on with everything he's saying and I want a team that reflects the values he's preaching.

Thought I'd share since there's barely anything concrete out there about him
