J. Patrick Homes – any other homeowners experiencing their home fall apart?

We purchased a J. Patrick Home in May of 2017 and started reporting build problems in June of 2018. The builder has done little to resolve our issues and their warranty company isn’t doing anything either. $500k investment and it’s literally crumbling away. We can’t open or safely lock our back door. Our kitchen windows are warped and are about to break. Sheetrock is tearing apart. Our garage floods every time we have a decent rain. The list of problems is long. Any other Houston area buyers experiencing similar issues with this builder?
