J. Beard Real Estate Co. partners with Boston firm to expand client services, changes name
One of Houston’s largest commercial real estate brokerages has entered into an alliance with Boston-based SVN International Corp, with the aim of accessing greater resources to serve Bayou City clients.
The J. Beard Real Estate Co., which is based in The Woodlands, announced the new partnership Oct. 7. To reflect the new arrangement, the company has changed its name to SVN-J. Beard Real Estate — Greater Houston.
