I’ve passed by "Click virtual food hall" on Washington and Shepherd many times. How does it work?

I looked at the menu online and it's pretty large with some tasty looking dishes. I googled Tonkatsu sandwich and saw it was on the menu there. Those of you that have tried it, how was it? How does it work?
