I’ve got 8 hours in Houston. What do?

As the title states, I've got 8 hours RN in Houston before I can check into my hotel. What would y'all recommend I do. I hear theres a Chinatown?

Edit: I should preface I can't check in because my friend is the one on the reservation and they won't be in till 8. Also I'm currently in the Shanandoah area.
