It’s official: Chevron Corp. will acquire remainder of Noble Midstream MLP

Chevron already has a big stake in Houston-based Noble Midstream Partners LP (Nasdaq: NBLX) and control of its general partner, Noble Midstream GP LLC, thanks to the acquisition of Noble Energy in October 2020.
