IT jobs with my Class A misdemeanor

I'm having trouble finding IT information tech jobs with my Class A misdemeanor from 2021. I have 10 helpdesk/ lead/ and administration. I have experience and have worked in government IT, and E4 Navy Vet but since moving to Houston, I can only land short assignments. I have a Sec+ and A+ and some other lower-level certifications. Do you know of any companies that are more lenient on background checks? I'm open to any advice or tips that might help.
