Issue with submitting a homestead exemption through HCAD app due to difference in the way the unit number is recorded.

I bought a townhome last year and filed my homestead exemption this weekend as I finally got my license. However the app wasn’t able to lookup my info because of the difference in the way HCAD reports the unit number and how it shows on my driver’s license. The way I put it on my DL was how it shows on USPS address lookup, how it showed up in the contract which is 123 Main St Unit D (not my actual address). However HCAD has it as 123 D Main st. When I look up the property in HCAD it shows as under my ownership and also shows the mailing address as the way it is shown on my DL. Has anyone encountered this issue? I’ve been on hold with them for the past hour and haven’t been able to speak with anyone yet.
