Suggestions for unique mens formal wear in Houston?

I’m helping to style a friend for an upcoming performance and I’m looking for suggestions of store in Houston with unique, trendy and formal clothes for men. I am not looking for a suit one would wear to court but rather items with color and vibrancy.

I’m planning to look around Harwin and possibly at the galleria but am able to travel anywhere in the greater houston area.
