ISO places to take my dog for her birthday

Saturday is my dog’s 19th birthday and she just deserves a good day out on the town. She doesn’t go out much so I really don’t want to take her to a dog park to run around loose but I need ideas on where I can take her. I was thinking that park with the mosaic art and we could just chill. I know there’s a place that has ice cream for dogs but I’d have to do a google search because idk the name. I just want to make this the best day ever in case it’s her last birthday. Thanks in advance!
