ISO Mechanic to install keyless entry

Im very new to Texas and got a great deal on a 2009 2 door Toyota. Great shape, low mileage, runs amazing. The only problem is that it doesn’t have power locks and right now I have just one key. I’m looking for a mechanic that can install power locks along with keyless entry. Can anyone recommend a mechanic in Houston with good prices ? Thanks!
