ISO fancy restaurant with small portions

Howdy Houston!

I’m planning an anniversary dinner for my wife of 14 years. We are both big foodies, the thing is she recently underwent weight loss surgery so for obvious reasons we don’t go out to eat much anymore. I’m looking for a fancy ($$$-$$$$) restaurant that serves that rich people food where it’s small portions, but packed with flavor and aesthetically pleasing to the eye. Any recommendations? Budget is not a factor.

If it were up to me, we’d go pig out at a kbbq place but unfortunately that’s why she had to get the surgery in the first place 😭
