ISO Family Counseling Service in Houston / inner loop

I am in search of affordable individual/family talk therapy/counseling services, or recommendations for one of the online counselling services (Talk Space, Better Help, etc.) for my teenager, and probably myself. I am, however, most concerned about providing my kiddo an outlet to talk it out in these extraordinarily challenging times….

I am aware that in recent years, funding for public programs and services like these have been severely restricted, if not cut off entirely…..which is why I'm wondering if one of the online services doesn't provide an easier experience in this particular circumstance?
