ISO Dentist Specializing in Autoimmune Disease

I know this super specific, but does anyone know a dentist who understands/studied/specializes in people with autoimmune diseases? I have a connective tissue disorder and it affects my gums and I’m tired of the dental hygienists and dentists shaming me for how much my gums bleed.

I’m in the East End but I’ll drive basically anywhere in the metro for a good doctor who understands what I’m dealing with.
