ISO a hairstylist to do an amazing bob

I’ve been to so many people and paid a range of prices. Haven’t really found anyone that can consistently cut a good bob. Would prefer Sugarland, Pearland or west Houston but am willing to drive. Also would prefer not to be super expensive for a wash, cut, and blow dry.
