Is Tytus Howard any good?

I'm not a Texans fan but I'm in a GM simulation and I got offered him in a trade. I saw he moved to guard. Has he been playing better? Do you think he has potential? What are his strengths and weaknesses? I'm considering selling Mecole Hardman for him and maybe picks could change hands one way or the other.
