Is this fixable?

Got tint installed and they got debris in the tint. They said they couldn't put clean tint on my vehicle because the dirt/debris from the molding around the windows was getting into the tint. It is an older 2008 vehicle.

So fast forward, the tint shop removed the tint and refunded my money. Problem is they also ripped off the antenna on the back window.

Any suggestions on what I should do?
