Is this donut spot off 1-10 & Wayside just donut art or is a donut stand coming?

There’s a closed gas station that got a mural of Homer eating a donut on the side of it. I thought it was just a mural but then they added a giant donut too, and “Donut kill my vibe” written on the side. I does anyone know if it’s meant to be a donut themed art installation or is a donut place coming?
