Is this a replica?

I’ve been eyeing this jersey for a while but i’m pretty sure it’s replica (Sorry i’m not too familiar with Baseball Jerseys and how to tell if they’re authentic or not). Should it even matter?

My other choice would be this Batting Practice Jersey that looked nice as well.
