Is there anywhere reputable to go to convert my family’s old PAL system VHS cassettes of home videos from the 80’s to digital in Houston?

A spot on Harwin lost them for a while once and it has made me very cautious. They’ve been kept in air conditioning all these years, so hopefully they are accessible.
