Is there anything to do about an HFD ambulance that turned on their lights/sirens to get past some bad traffic, then just drive along normally for the next 2 miles.

I'm all for EMTs and the fire department, but abuse of power is something that pisses me off no matter who is doing it. I got a photo of the truck number, is there any way to report them?
