Is there any of Those stereotypical Western Cowboy Saloon Type Bars You See in the Movies?

My uncle is visiting and I wont lie. Ive been mostly a hermit ever since moving back to Houston. He is not from Texas but like anybody else growing up in the world, you have that fantasy of that Western type bar you see in the movies. He doesnt even drink just wants to have a sit-down experience and catch up and say he checked off a childhood bucketlist. I was going to take him to a honky tonk bar which could fulfill that bucket list however I recall going to Mockingbird Saloon in Austin and it was very old school. It was a bar mostly for sit down and sip beer type vibes and play pool. Honky tonk bars could get a bit too noisy and driving to Billy Bob's in Fort Worth Stockyards for bull riding feels like a chore. I want to make sure he has that cowboy experience is able to buy a cheap cowboy hat and fly back home and tell his boys about a chill family trip.
