Is there an Uber strike today?

I tried to haul an Uber twice and both Uber's refused to come. The first driver told me she didn't realize she had a ride. She was just sitting in a parking lot. The second driver didn't answer the phone but kept circling a salata. I eventually just walked and was 20 minutes late to work.
